Early in her career, Tricia noticed a couple of trends among parents, regardless of how old their children were.

First, parents were under enormous pressure to have their children gain personal advantage. In this frenzy to stay a step ahead, well-intentioned parents were operating without a cohesive strategy to reach their goals.

Second, despite a growing body of useful information being generated by researchers and scholars, parents were woefully under-informed about childhood development, which led them to squander opportunities to enhance their children's ability to grow and learn.

Additionally, much of what was ailing the families could have been avoided with much simpler intervention at earlier stages in the children’s development.

Tricia heeded the call to fill that gap – to help parents get the critical information they needed, when they needed it – and has re-directed countless families and helped keep them on course.

Reaching people through private practice, interactive lectures and as a guest speaker at conferences, Tricia provides a straightforward, principle-based approach that gives comfort and guidance to parents, couples and individuals of all ages.

She brings clarity and wisdom to help unlock the self-discovery required to navigate the future, firmly believing that every person is capable of designing tomorrow instead of reacting to it.
